The milling machine belongs to the youngest (but the most complicated as well) machine cutting tools. The first milling machine was built in 1818 by the American engineer Eli Whitney. Apart from the rotating move of the mill, the machine tool had the automatic travel of the table top. The machining objects were mounted on it. |
